  33. Even if you do get a scan code from SHOW KEY it won't necessarily be
  34. accepted by SET KEY.  Case in point:

  36.     [C:\] C-Kermit>show key<CR>
  37.      Press key: {Press Shift PageUp}
  38.      Key code \841 => Undefined
  39.     [C:\] C-Kermit>set key \841 ?Invalid: set key \841
  40.     [C:\] C-Kermit>set key _

  42. After pressing the 1 in 841 the error message is displayed.

  44. There are other key-combo/scan codes for which happens as well.  There is
  45. a work around though.  I have found that by converting the scan code to
  46. hexadecimal it will be accepted by SET KEY (e.g. SET KEY \x349 \Kscnup).
  47. This is for C-Kermit 5A(191) for OS/2 (I'm running version 3.0 on an IBM
  48. PS/2 Model 77).
